Heavy Duty Industrial Fans

A. INDUSTRIAL LINE FANS

Customized and low energy-consuming fans with exact 3D drawings supplied instantly. A very cost efficient choice for energy-efficient industrial fans running 24/7.

 

The Industrial Line fan base is constructed from steel plate and are with either directly driven or with coupling. This particular design makes them more cost-competitive than our HD line, while being both robust and light in design and adaptable to many types of applications.

B. HEAVY DUTY LINE FANS

Fans in a very robust design and with special features to suit your exact requirements. The optimal choice for industrial fans running 24/7 in a demanding environment or with special products.

 

The centrifugal fans in our Heavy Duty Line can be delivered either belt-driven, directly driven or with coupling, and the fan base is built from steel profiles. Our in-house engineering department as well as flexible in-house production allow us to custom-design our Heavy Duty fans to suit your exact requirements and needs.

C. ATEX FANS: CENTRIFUGAL & AXIAL

BarkerBille is your go-to partner if you are looking for an ATEX fan and in-dept knowledge. By actively participating in the work with the European Standards through the Danish National Committee S-531 and Technical Committee CEN/TC 305, we always have access to latest knowledge at any time and enter a large global network.

 

Our industrial fans are supplied with CE marking (safety of machinery) and can be supplied with Ex marking (potentially explosive atmospheres). BarkerBille ATEX fans can be supplied for category 2 and 3 (gas and dust) for use in systems located in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. 

D. HIGH PRESSURE FAN: HT-1120

Due to recent demands for fans providing higher pressure, we have
raised the bar for what is possible with a conventional centrifugal fan by
building on the success of our high-pressure fans.

 

With a groundbreaking performance of 3,000 mmWG (30,000 Pa) and air flows of up to 10,000m3/h, the HT-1120 meets the increasing demands for pressure durability and higher flows, raising the pressure limits with 20%.
